A price you can understand.
We compare observed advertised offers, with their original currency, billing period and source context. An online offer is not a tenant’s actual rent or a guarantee of future rates.
Dates before shortcuts
The calculator builds an end-exclusive possession interval and generates each billing event. Calendar-month anniversaries retain their original anchor through short months. Fixed-day billing keeps its native day count. Proration only applies where terms explicitly support it.
Known charges. Visible unknowns.
Mandatory recurring and one-time charges contribute to known cost. Refundable deposits are separate cash requirements. Unknown fees, taxes, eligibility or notice terms prevent a complete all-in claim. A crossed-out reference price does not establish future rent.
Freshness has components
Fresh means required prices, terms and availability were successfully validated within 24 hours, with no earlier source-date or validity conflict. Aging is over 24 through 72 hours; stale is older or invalidated sooner. A failed check never refreshes the price.
Comparable means comparable
Country, currency, dimensions, access, channel and eligibility stay separate. Required features match confirmed facts. Incomplete or older prices are discoverable through explicit controls and cannot win a strict current all-in budget claim.
Evidence and corrections
Each accepted price references source evidence and an observation time. Private raw material is not published. Corrections preserve the original interpretation and do not masquerade as operator price movements.
